I had to wait over 20 minutes for check-in, which was frustrating. The elevators were out of order, making it hard for me to navigate the building, especially since I had a visitor with health concerns. Additionally, the bathroom was not clean. there was rust in the tub and the shower foot pedestal was broken.

I had a nice stay with a clean King Room and really enjoyed the updated lobby and breakfast area. The pool looked great, but be cautious of ongoing renovations.

During my recent stay, I was thoroughly impressed by the variety offered at breakfast, particularly the southern hospitality extended by staff like Retha, who kept everything fresh and well-stocked. The hotel felt welcoming and modern after recent renovations, with clean and spacious rooms enhancing my experience. However, I did notice that the internet connection in my room could be improved as it was spotty at times.

The Hampton Inn Charleston North was a fantastic experience! Our Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was spacious and very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was delightful. Retha's dedication made each morning special. She ensured everything was spotless and well-stocked. The staff provided genuine southern hospitality, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect—close to Charleston's attractions and easy to navigate. Free parking was a nice bonus too!

The staff here really go above and beyond. Like, we got extra hangers from a manager who was just so friendly. She. Oh and one of the employees even helped find a lost necklace from another guest! That's the kind of care that makes a difference. Plus, the beds? So comfy, we had a great night's sleep! Honestly, I didn't want to get up in the morning.
